Meet Faith Over Fear Nurse

Hello, my name is Allissa! I have over 14 years of experience in case management, critical care and home health nursing. As a remote nurse career coach and mentor, I specialize in helping nurses combat burnout and transition from bedside nursing to non-traditional and remote work from home roles. My mission is to empower nurses to thrive in their careers and find fulfillment outside of the traditional healthcare setting and I have helped hundreds of nurses do just that. Through personalized coaching and mentorship, I support nurses in navigating the challenges of transitioning to remote roles and guide them towards a successful and rewarding career path. I lead with my heart and bring a wealth of knowledge in the remote nurse sector. I have worked in managed care for over 4 years and help nurses just like you find their passion again in healthcare. I am a mama of 2 boys that play travel ice hockey, a cocker spaniel named Bentley and a wife! I know firsthand how busy life can be but also how important it is to be aligned with your purpose!
